Shipping Policy
At Vara, we take the security and integrity of your fine jewelry purchase with the utmost seriousness. Every piece is packaged with discretion and shipped fully insured for your peace of mind.
Carrier & Insurance
We only ship via insured FedEx Priority shipping. Every package is protected for its full value until it reaches you. For long-term protection, Vara partners with BriteCo Jewelry Insurance. By signing up with BriteCo, you can insure your piece against loss, theft, damage, or needed repairs beyond delivery.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged in plain, discreet boxes without any jewelry branding, ensuring privacy and security during transit.
Signature Required
Delivery requires the signature of the recipient. A government-issued photo ID will be required at the time of delivery. Please note, you must be 18 years or older to place an order and accept delivery.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a FedEx tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your package and ensure someone is available to receive it. Vara is not liable for missed deliveries, delays caused by FedEx, or packages left unattended after successful delivery.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Each Vara piece is custom-crafted with precision. Orders are typically completed and shipped within 10–15 business days. Custom or special orders may require additional time; you will be notified accordingly.
Condition Upon Delivery
Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. If your piece arrives broken, dislodged, or damaged in any way, you must report it to Vara within 24 hours of delivery. To process a claim, you will be required to provide clear photos of the item and packaging upon receipt. Claims made without photos or after this window cannot be honored.
Ongoing Protection
Once your piece is delivered, Vara strongly recommends enrolling with BriteCo Jewelry Insurance to ensure continuous coverage for breakage, repairs, theft, or accidental loss. Signing up is required for BriteCo’s protection to apply after delivery.
Address Policy
For security reasons, Vara only ships to the billing address on file with your payment method. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or forwarding services.
Failed Deliveries & Reshipments
If a package is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts or refusal of signature, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
International Orders
At this time, Vara ships only within the United States to ensure complete insurance coverage and delivery security.
